What Rucking Is🫡

Rucking is covering a distance on foot (speed)marching while carrying weight🎒

Rucking is a big part of the military training system as operators need to be able to cover long distances while carrying their gear and equipment🪖

What to Expect⚡️

In 25 weeks, you'll go from a rookie into an absolute rucking machine!

This program consist of both strength and endurance workouts.

Program Requirements

To complete the workouts, you’ll need access to:

  • Weightvest

or

  • Rucksack/Backpack 

  • Weight (Dumbbells/Sandbags/Ruck Plates/Wrapped Bricks

How the Program Works🤝🏼

  • The difficulty increases each week.

  • Start from Week 1 and follow the plan in order.

  • Skipping ahead can lead to injury—respect the process.

Program Objective🎯 

The goal of this program is to strengthen your base (legs & core) and increase your endurance📈
