This setup gives you an objective in the form of one exercise with an X amount of repetitions or distance⚡️
It is your task to reach this objective a.s.a.p.🔥
But⚠️
Every time you need a break from the given objective exercise, you need to perform "consequence exercises"💥
How It Works👇🏼
1️⃣ Start with the objective exercise — max reps, no rest🚀
2️⃣ Once you need rest, perform the "consequence exercise(s)" immediately for one round🏋🏼
3️⃣ After completing one round of the consequence exercises, return to the objective exercise🎯
4️⃣ Repeat this cycle until you reach your objective🔁

Terms used👇🏼
1️⃣ For Time= Complete as fast as you can
Complete a circuit, a certain exercise or related as fast as you can⌚️
2️⃣ AMRAP= As many rounds as possible
Perform as many rounds of a circuit, in a specific time window⏳
3️⃣ EMOM= Every minute on the minute
Perform one exercise every time a new minute starts🔁
If you have time left after completing an exercise, this serves as a recovery period until the next minute starts🫡

It’s named in honor of Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy, who gave his life during a mission in Afghanistan🕊️
