You’ll go through 3 intervals, each featuring 2 exercises performed back-to-back for the entire duration🔥
How It Works👇🏼
1️⃣ Start with the first exercise🔥
2️⃣ Done with the first exercise? Go straight to the second — no pause❌
3️⃣ Keep alternating between the two exercises until the interval ends🔁
4️⃣ Rest for 1–2 minutes after each interval, then jump into the next one✅
