This domain consist of two setups, you'll receive both✅
"Wolf-Pack 1"👇🏼
You and your buddy have one shared objective, but only one person works on it at a time — that's Partner 2's role ✅
Partner 1 has a set of exercises to complete📝
1️⃣ While Partner 1 works on the exercises, Partner 2 focuses on the objective🎯
2️⃣ The switch happens only when Partner 1 finishes — he controls the timing⏱️
3️⃣ Once done, you switch roles🔄
4️⃣ As Partner 2, give it your all and make as much progress as possible🚀
5️⃣ Every time you're in the Partner 2 role, go all out to reach the objective ASAP🏁

In these sessions, you and your buddy face multiple objectives—your goal is to complete them as fast as possible ⏳
1️⃣ Work together to create a game plan 📋
2️⃣ Divide the tasks (reps/distance) based on each other’s strengths 💪
3️⃣ Push hard as a team to reach all objectives, one by one, together ASAP🏁
