1️⃣ Each superset includes two or more exercises
2️⃣ Do the first exercise, then immediately start the second etc
3️⃣ Rest after completing a whole round
4️⃣ Repeat for the set number of rounds🔄
5️⃣ Move on to the next superset once all rounds are done✅
