3. When you lose form, reduce reps, resistance, or distance—but keep the interval the same📉
4. Continue until you reach failure again🔥
Phase 3 🔴
5. Scale down once more if needed, but stick with the same interval⏱️
6. When you hit failure a third time (Phase 3), your workout is done🫡
