Done-In-One means just one exercise and one interval1️⃣
You’ll repeat the same movement until failure, then reduce the reps/resistance or distance as needed📉
This format is designed to push you beyond your comfort zone, building both physical and mental strength💪🏼🧠

How It Works👇🏼

Phase 1 🟢

  1. Pick your exercise and decide the reps, resistance, or distance for the interval📏

  2. Perform the interval, maintaining good form, for as long as possible⏳

Phase 2 🟡
3. When you lose form, reduce reps, resistance, or distance—but keep the interval the same📉
4. Continue until you reach failure again🔥

Phase 3 🔴
5. Scale down once more if needed, but stick with the same interval⏱️
6. When you hit failure a third time (Phase 3), your workout is done🫡
